Alex James-Hatton, who trained at Musicality for 7 years before attending The Arts Educational schools has been announced as one of the 16 strong cast in this year’s ‘must see’ musical, ‘Heathers’ at The Other Palace in London this Summer!
Alex signed his first professional contract with agent Jonathan Arun the day after he finished his training and is absolutely over the moon to be joining the cast. Alex is a member of the very small ensemble and is also 1st cover for all three lead male roles in the show.
His main cover is for the part of JD, who is being played by the fabulous Jamie Muscato (Bend it Like Beckham, Big Fish) and the female lead in the show is being played by Carrie Hope Fletcher (The Addams Family, Les Mis).
‘Heathers’ is a much anticipated musical, which was originally a film starring Winona Ryder and is set to create quite a stir in London. It has a limited run of 8 weeks this summer, so you will have to act quickly to get a much sought after ticket, but you can bet your life that we have already got ours!
We wish Alex a successful run and are in no doubt that his debut in London, will mark the start of a long and fabulous career, that we will continue to follow with interest.
